I discovered this firsthand when I left Vietnam for Switzerland ten years ago to pursue a Master’s degree. Two years later, I embarked on another ambitious journey to Canada to obtain an MBA degree at York University’s Schulich School of Business, seeking continued education and a new life. Upon graduation, I joined Deloitte Canada, one of the Big 4 accounting firms. During my tenure there, I carried out dozens of process improvement projects for various teams while climbing the corporate ladder.

After several years of dedication and hard work, I finally achieved Canadian citizenship, solidifying my new life and commitment to my adopted home. That journey, though challenging, has given me unique insights into life, education, work, and personal growth. I experienced the mix of challenges and opportunities that come with embracing new experiences and environments. This understanding has fostered my passion for helping others navigate their own journeys, whether they’re moving to a new country, pursuing higher education, or simply striving to improve their lives.
